DLA Piper appoints Project Finance partner Vincent Seah to co-lead Singapore office

DLA Piper has appointed Vincent Seah as Co-Country Managing Partner of its Singapore office. Vincent will share joint responsibilities for managing the Singapore office and developing the business, alongside current Country Managing Partner, Joe Bauerschmidt.

Vincent joined DLA Piper’s Singapore office in 2019 and is a key member of the firm’s leading Finance, Projects and Restructuring practice in Asia. Vincent focuses on the development and financing of projects in the energy and infrastructure sector, with a particular focus on renewable and energy transition projects across Southeast Asia and South Asia, and has advised on some of the most significant, first of its kind projects in recent years. He is dual-qualified in Singapore and England, and is recognised as a leading lawyer by several independent legal publications.
