DLA Piper advises Brand24 on sale of 57.6% stake to Semrush

DLA Piper advised Brand24 S.A. and its majority shareholders, including Larq Fund, Unfold.vc and Michal Sadowski and Piotr Wierzejewski, on the sale of a 57.6% stake to Semrush, a US-based SaaS platform that offers online marketing tools.

Brand24 is a platform for monitoring and analysing online and social media activities. The platform allows the collection of data and mentions of companies from portals, blogs, forums and review sites.

DLA Piper's counsel to Brand24 included structuring the transaction and preparing and negotiating the transaction documentation.
